Junior Visual Designer

About you

We’re looking for a highly experienced Junior Visual Designer to work alongside our Head of Visual Design in a fun, energetic, and multinational team in Prague. Producing online design assets across a full range of web media, you will join Interactive Pro’s international marketing team to promote our products, business, and brand. Good communication skills both written and verbal are essential, as you will be working closely with in-house teams and as well as with our external partners and clients.

Your key responsibilities

  • Help develop and maintain a clear and consistent brand voice

  • Support our Head of Visual Design and marketing product managers with their lead generation efforts

  • Work closely with developers to assist in handing off designs for developers to implement

  • Create content and designs for email, newsletters, social media, blogs, website and other assets

  • Build and maintain style guides and templates

  • Help to plan, develop, and execute strategies to improve our product retention and growth

  • Stay on top of what's happening in design in the education sector

What we’ll need from you

You’ll have at least two year’s design experience working for brands with a strong online presence. A finely-tuned attention to detail is a given, as is having excellent communication skills and the ability to transform design briefs into stunning online visual assets.

You will also have:

  • A winning design portfolio that wows us

  • Minimum two years of experience in a visual design role

  • Outstanding design capabilities, including expert knowledge of Ai, Id, and able to edit photos in Ps. Knowledge of Xd is a plus.

  • Comfortable working on diverse projects simultaneously

  • The ability to accept constructive feedback

  • An understanding of how (and why) different design styles appeal to various target markets

  • Strong knowledge of online marketing channels including Google display and search advertising, PPC, and social media advertising (Facebook, Linkedin, Instragram, Qoura)

  • Knowledge of how to support online lead generation campaigns, content marketing, lead nurturing, and email communication strategies from a design perspective.

Senior Visual Designer

About you

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Web Designer to join our fun, energetic, and multinational team in Prague.

You will be joining the marketing team for our largest partner, Arden University (UK) and producing digital design assets across a full range of media to promote online education to a global audience. Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal are essential, as you will be working closely with in-house teams and as well as with our external partners and clients.

Your key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a clear and consistent brand voice for our clients

  • Lead role in the design of our consumer-facing products (Wireframing, UX and UI)

  • Work closely with developers to assist in handing off designs for developers to implement

  • Utilise research and feedback to modify existing and/or create new UI/UX wireframes, user flows, and designs

  • Build and maintain style guides and templates

  • Oversee all things related to new product development (design, testing, implementation)

  • Stay on top of what's happening in digital design

What we’ll need from you

  • At least three years' design experience at a senior level

  • A burning desire to create cool stuff

  • An extensive design portfolio that shows us your aesthetic and that you know what you are doing

  • Expert knowledge of of Ai, Id, Xd, and able to edit photos in Ps.

  • The ability to transform design briefs into stunning online visual assets.

  • The ability to accept (and provide!) constructive feedback

  • Enthusiasm to join our agile driven working environment

It would be GREAT if you had:

  • Previous design experience for brands with a strong online presence

  • Knowledge and experience in using Ae for GIF animation is a plus.

  • Strong knowledge of online marketing channels including Google display and search advertising, PPC, and social media advertising (Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, Twitter, Quora)

  • Knowledge of how to support online lead generation campaigns, content marketing, lead nurturing, and email communication strategies from a design perspective.

  • The professional maturity to develop and lead a team of young, ambitious designers.

  • Baking skills and an overwhelming desire to feed large groups of millennials
